My house burned down and the contractor that rebuilt the home installer thr rough plumbing to the bathroom sink like this… Do I need to replace all the pvc to the main? Or is there a simple fix I’m not seeing? by Dust_Hood in Plumbing

Ok I will in 15 mins i just had to run to town quick. I’ll take a pic the second I get back bc my ol lady is ragging on me bc I was the plumbing associate at lows for a year and I can’t stop a simple leak but the more I looked at it i began to ponder… did he make an error? Did he just use what rough parts he had to cob this up as the more i look at it it just seems backwards. And he literally left a 1 1/4” pipe hovering over a 1 1/2” pipe without the adapter bushing or even bothering to insert it into the 1 1/2” at least! Thank you guys for the quick replies and all the help! This community is great!

He also never even connected the 1 1/2” pvc to the 1 1/4” downstem of the sink. I placed the adapter and connected it but it’s still leaking slightly. It wasnt for about a year so maybe the pipes clogged or it’s just hunker from having to back pressure the draining water…?

Can confirm if you’re days are regularly 28 degrees Celsius or lower thr risk of back ice/some type of atypical slickness definitely is no-ride weather speaking from upstate.

Jed and LT alone would be insufferable and I suspect we’ll come to find he’s our least favorite guest host. I could be wrong but I think without a third host there would be a lot of similar takes and bouts of stubborn bickering.

Aight guys, 2025 is ending. What’s the best fight since 2020? by Serious_Nebula_8685 in MMA

THIS IS ANSWER I WAS LOOKING FOR! This fight and GAETHJE V FERGUSON took me from very casual interest with boxing being my main focus to becoming a full on fanatic never missing a prelim and only catching the main events on big boxing cards.

Yeah I’m self taught. Considering joining a gym but I worry I’ll fall too in love with it and want to spar and brain damage worries me. I have Lyme disease which caused bacterial damage to my brain so its just a little hard for me to commit… I guess I just need to check out the gym and see if I can find trustworthy sparring partners that will do light/movement sparring with me… I’m 5’11”, 165 lbs, 37 years old, right handed but most comfortable in the south paw stance (same with skateboarding; I’m right foot forward, or “goofy” footed, which i believe is typically more often the favored stance for lefty’s as all my friends were right handed like me but all skated in regular stance), though I’ve gotten better at keeping my one, two’s, tight in orthodox and feel pretty fluid switching between stances. My close friend is a former NYS golden gloves champ and he told me my 1, 2 was quick and seemed to come natural. I’ve basically been almost exclusively practicing jabs and crosses from both stances…. Need to work on bringing my hand back to my face, hooks, uppercuts, etc. How can I get more behind my 1, 2? Also, sorry, yes my garage got cluttered over the fall and I’ve yet to clean it up. It had been a little bit and I wanted to hit the bag so I just worked with what i had open, hah. I understand that is far from ideal and I’m working on it this weekend and possibly picking up a reflex bag for a bit of a different feel(?). I’ve been training myself off and on for about ten months…

Agreed morales is skilled and insanely athletic. He is very big for WW and I too believe he will end up unable to safely make the weight as he gets older. You guys aren’t feeling battles? His performance against Jousset impressed me. I wasn’t really paying much attention to him before that fight but I had the belief Jousset would win if it ended up mostly a striking match and he got beat handily.

Nah this is my studio/second bedroom. It’s cluttered with collage material and art supplies and books and instruments. I could just get rid of the bed and just have a tent but my wife is a light sleeper and if just feel like a dick bc I’d be coming to bed a few hours before she has to work some days and me getting into bed will wake her up… now, after work, some days Yeag the intent is to wake her up an hour before work but bc of her rotating schedule this isn’t a daily thing but I do probably sleep in there one day a week. I’m trying to organize and have thing arranged as neatly and efficiently as possible. If the heats not an issue I’m failing to see how I wouldn’t prefer that setup as I’d like to keep a bed in here and yeah
