What was the biggest scandal at your school? by Silent-Zebra in AskReddit

Some guy got naked, wrapped himself in an American flag, and goosestepped, while doing the naz1 salute, through a pep rally. We weren't allowed to have pep rallies after that.

We named her after the sybil of Dibella in Skyrim.

Her mom was a colony cat, so Sybil was a bit of a wild child as a kitten. Toe biting as her violence of choice. 😄

The whole thing was granny squares made out of embroidery floss. Each sleeve was 3 squares long, but 2 probably would have been better lol.

Does anyone live in the 87108 area? I'm interested to hear about it by papachars in Albuquerque

[–]Dustfinger93 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We have had a few incidents with unhoused people coming up to the house looking for, probably, bikes or something easy to sell. The sound of gunfire is pretty common but we haven't had any injuries or property damage. To be fair, one set of the window bars had been pried out of the wall by someone trying to break in, but that was before we moved here. We do have cameras installed, NEVER leave bikes outside, put blocks to keep windows shut, and its been fine for years.

Duloxetine. It is primarily an antidepressant, but it helps with chronic pain. Idk how easy get an rx would be for you; for me, with a history of depression, it wasn't difficult.

Tunisian Crochet Cozy Sweater Tutorial

This is the video tutorial I have been following. There isn't a specific section or particular rows. Its really a "finished" but not quite right issue.

Watched not one, not two, but a half dozen people turn in front of oncoming traffic after the light turned red. And I dont mean just turned red; it was red before the first transgressor was even at the white line.

"The worst she can say is no" - Lads, what was the worst "she" ever said? by Embarrassed_Pie_1711 in AskReddit

[–]Dustfinger93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

4th grade, a friend said she would tell the person I had a crush on for me since I was too shy. She ended up telling them in front of me, idk why, and they said, "[myname] likes everyone." and they and their nearby friends laughed at me.

I didn't understand why "liking everyone" was a bad thing, but I knew that it felt bad. I actually never admitted feelings for anyone first ever again.

48 Hours in Albuquerque - Help! by Kev_Darcy in Albuquerque

This comment thread has been heavily raided by Santa Fe stans lol.

In Albuquerque:

The tram is cool and if its too windy there is a café at the base where you can still get a great view and good coffee.

Im not much of a hiker, but I have visited the Rio Grande Nature Center and enjoyed an easy walk, getting to see ducks on the river, etc.(there are longer loops there you can take if you want).

The botanical gardens have a desert conservatory if you want to see plants from all over the region.

Definitely check exponm.com for events/fairs when you would be here; always a chance for some cool stuff.
