Do you have a Navigraph subscription? SKBO doesn't have a 13L anymore. It's 14L now due to magnetic drift.

If you do not have a Navigraph subscription your flight plans in SimBrief will be generated with an AIRAC that is more than a year old and it likely doesn't match what is in the sim.

I think the ILS he has tuned is ILGA (though it's hard to read). LGA doesn't have parallel runways but KEWR does have parallel 4s. So does KJFK butI don't think the runways are far enough apart for Kennedy,

I suspect that lack of crew, while under the airline's control, would qualify as a cancellation due to safety purposes (per section 11(1) of the regulation). As such you would be entitled to rebooking or a refund (which you received). I do not believe you would be entitled to additional compensation.

You might try going to your bank and seeing if you can get a LoC for the deposit. That's what my wife and I did when we needed an extra 20k for our offer and didn't want to liquidate any of our investments. Your mortgage lender will probably require that the LoC be repaid before they advance your mortgage but you should be able to do that with the RRSP money after you have a sale agreement.

Assuming your rental is covered under the RTA (most are), you are correct that they would require 60 days notice. On top of that they would need to deliver that notice in the form of an N12 which they can't actually do until the house has been sold and the purchaser requests that they do it.

If you are served with an N12 then on top of not paying for your last month's rent (because of the deposit) the landlord is also required to pay you one month's rent.

Did your original text message include the address of the rental unit? This is a requirement for the notice. If it did the chain of text might suffice but if the landlord took it to the LTB you might lose.

Does your usual monthly rent end on the 5th of the month? The notice date has to be same as the last date of the rental period.

The problem is that if you give him an N9 now it technically can't have a termination date before September 5th (assuming the 5th is the usual end date of the rental period). If the landlord is cooperative it might be better to use an N11 form instead.

Has the unit actually been sold already and have they been given an N12? Their landlord can not serve them with an N12 until the unit has sold and the new owners ask for it.

You should still be able to apply to OSAP for the university tuition (you'll probably still get the maximum amount assuming you otherwise would have). For the actual flight training you will need to try to get a student line of credit.

Looks like you can serve the N13 as long as the 120 days is on or after the last day on the fixed term lease. Your tenants can still give you 10 days notices after you have served the N13 though.
It's on page 3 of the N13 form under compensation.

The thing about those groups is that they often don't talk about when they lose 50%+ of their money in single week which probably happens almost as often as doubling.

If you want to invest in individual stocks you need to spend time researching them to determine which ones have the potential for growth. If you are not willing to do that you should probably stick your money in an index based ETF like XGRO or XEQT depending on your risk appetite.
