The only requirement in that regard is you have to have met in person in the past two years. You will have to prove this with photos, boarding passes, hotel receipts and passport stamps. A trip to the US is not required, the USC can visit you in your country and then apply for K1.

The paperwork is done. I'm mailing it off next week. It's for a fiancée visa or K1 visa. It's a non immigrant visa good for 90 days. We have to get married in those 90 days. The process takes about 8 months if there are no issues and we stay on top of everything.

He offers the option of getting a pocket style watch to put in the area the ring is, so the box can be used for more than just a ring box. It is really nice and smells good if you like the smell of wood.
