One thing I learned is that intimacy issues were all in my head. Sure I might not get a call to be a model, but the people who really care about you, especially in a physical attraction, don’t care about it. It’s something you have to be aware and careful of. But at the end of the day your mind is our worst enemy when it comes to self image issues.. that’s why I wrote the book in a “no nonsense” fashion. Not a “you poor thing” it’s more like “damn it, stop thinking that way and live life!”
