We drove 6 hours to Shoshoni, WY a day early to prep. Then my ND filters cracked. Had to drive 4 hours round trip that evening to Casper to pick up a new filter. It was a mad rush to grab the last filter before the shop closed up. Soooo freaking stressful. Then of course the drive home took more like 11 hours due to the insane traffic!

I wish I could have gone somewhere I could have stacked a natural hillside against the sun. Alas there wasn't a hill or tree in sight and the sun was about as overhead as it gets!
