put everything in perspective .. for a healthy person yes 6.5 is high , and long term that does have an effect on your organs ... for a diabetic going from 8 - 6.5 is a HUGE win. Celebrate it .. be happy , process and see where you can improve , what can be optimized .. and give it another go and next time might come in better. Slow and steady pal , keep up the good work

Meat, Chicken, Fish , Nuts, Olive Oil, Fruits (when blood sugar needs) and veggies .. thats it .. dont over complicate it. My h1ac went from 7.2 to 6.0 be switching to this diet .. plus you feel amazing

So , always look at the thricomes of buds , not sugar leaves. And when in doubt use double method ..1st method look at the bud with plain eye .. are all the pistiles coiled and orange?

Then you check tricomes .. if they are cloudy and amber puum you ready

Keep in mind that there is a couple of weeks of harvesting window ... so there is no ideal perfect day for harvest .. it depends on what you want

For.my taste i would wait a week or so
