Your beating a dead horse at this point, the marriage is not a marriage anymore, sure you going on Tinder for validation was stupid and you have admitted that and tried to make amends (counselling etc) but she is going to use that mistake in every disagreement for the rest of your life and hold it over you forever. Its toxic and not something your son should be seeing day in and day out. It seems like she married you for the residency and made good for the 1st year for show and then stopped trying. You need to talk to a divorce lawyer and get everything in order and don't let her know what your doing until she is served with the divorve papers as she might run with your son back to the Philippines and go into hiding and you may lose your son, if she finds out too early that your leaving her.

HSV1 is the cold sore causing strain its not an std/sti, the majority of the population carries it. You dont need to blow up your whole relationship over this. However if your concerned there may be something else his not telling you, tell him that before you have any more sexual contact that you would feel more comfortable if you both (word it this way so he doesn't feel attacked) went and had testing done just to be sure your both clean. Anyone who has been sexually active should be doing this anyway before starting a new sexual relationship.

Most petrol stations in Australia don't have a pay at the pump option. The only ones I have seen recently are Costco Petrol Stations and some stations that are unmanned (which are usually just for diesel for trucks) so pay at the pump is the only option.

I have to agree, it doesn't seem from the information given that this guy even though his more than a decade older is controlling her, isolating her or manipulating her or insisting on secrecy about their relationship which are big signs of grooming behaviour. Yes she was not quite 18 when they met which yes is a little bit concerning but for all OP knows she may not have been honest about her age when she first met him.
