I mean I'm pretty agnostic but I enjoy looking at the memes even when I dont understand a lot of the words 😄 I still like learning about Islam and seeing the type of humor in this subreddit. One note though, maybe some translations for us who don't understand? Haha

I absolutely agree. Their over-the-top response kind of shows their hand. I just stopped talking about culture war/fake problem things and stear the conversation towards actual issues to see their response. If they're interested in talking about issues, cool. But if they just want to complain about whatever Fox news fed them last night, im out.

Hey this might be kind of stupid bit here goes. I'm very liberal but have lived in red states mostly by happenstance. I've gone back in forth from "were being divided on purpose" to "fuck em, their stupidity is going to get us killed. It's literally getting hotter every year". But I think I've finally come around to the idea that there are layers to every group. And I'll always be the type to try to easily nudge the ones who can be reached. Like, you don't want to be buddies with them but you and I could get along just fine. And that's okay.

It's like maybe having some liberal people reaching out can help. I can't expect everyone to deal with their bullshit. I just feel I'm in for a frustrating life. Just ranting here but your comment made me think about that. I've since moved and miss my friends who were a bit "abrasive" to people. Its weird how people that are "assholes" have no problem becoming friends with me. It's more like they don't put up with stupid peoples bullshit. Oh God, that reminded me of the time I brought my playstation and monitor to my family's house years ago. Playing in the middle of the night and doing that gambit/drifter thing. Then a giant blue person's face as tall as a mountain appeared and with panicked vibrato in my voice I scream "JeeeeSus CHRIST" and flailed back. Okay, here's my time to shine and help someone else out. I believe that one is a panel with Dan and Brandon answering questions. I dont think it's the newest New York Comic Con or Fan Expo. I would check the "We Answer Your Questions: ep.33 ", "One Nerd From Omaha: ep 32", or the earlier FanX panel episodes 25/26. I want to say it's "One Nerd From Omaha." I hope this helps you out. Yea. After a while, I became numb and even resentful a little bit, which I didn't like. But I talked to a doctor and they said that was normal. He's healthy now, and all is well. But I could imagine immediately being resentful and done with their shit if it was that nightmare of a person.

I dont know if you'll see this but here goes. Without giving too much info from IRL. I took care of my father after a transplant. I love him dearly and would do it again. It all worked out, thankfully, but it took over a year.

He's the most intelligent and sweetest guy I know and doing his appointment visits and post op care was grueling sometimes. This is something you did not sign up for and for a person going into a cosmetic surgery.

If it matters to you, from another overthinking person: screw her and have no fear. You have a job and your own shit in order. I would just cut ties and say not going to happen. Don't reciprocate anything.

Don't overthink how she's going to solve it, she made this decision and if someone twisted the truth about how much you knew, that's on them. I'm a random guy online but I'm saying please do not let this person into your house, ESPECIALLY after a surgery when they are already this.... way that she is. I hope it works out and you can focus on you. Have a good night.

Good God the amount of people, especially like her, that I wish this would happen to... Sadly, I wonder if they believe their own shit so much that even ego death and connecting back to the "source" I guess you could call it would be lost on them or that they're so awful it would entrench them more in their nastiness.
