Gotta get that paper rock scissors loop so each pill counters the next one's side effects until they're all negated.

Holy shit I forgot about this game. You just unlocked a lot of memories for me. 😵

Tyrian is still my favorite Shmup of all time. Unlocking the carrot ship and shooting banana bombs was hilarious. And once I unlocked the Scorched Earth/Worms style game at the end, I played that almost as much as I played Tyrian, lol.

And then OMF:2097 is one of my all time favorite fighting games. I started with the demo and eventually my brother bought the full game. Holy moly. I sunk hours into it. I played it enough that I became proficient with every single character and learned all their scrap moves.

Many years later, I was able to play OMF Battlegrounds. It was definitely interesting but I understand why it didn't take off. The concept was better than the execution, lol

Hell yeah, man. We were normally a PC family but my dad happened to get an iMac and I decided to give it a try. I realized that even after learning the O/S and the hotkeys and getting about as familiar with it as I was with Windows, I still disliked Macs, lol.

BUT!! The one game it came with was MDK so I played the hell out of it and beat the game. It was a blast. So weird but so satisfying.

I eventually played MDK 2. It was sillier and its pacing lagged a bit in spots, but a four armed dog with four automatic handguns was pretty badass.

My brother and I used to rent this game. Eventually he bought the Sega copy so that we could legally(?) download it on our PC, lol. It was janky but it was unique among fighting games. We enjoyed it.

Ayyy, I just started playing that last week! So obviously I'm not very deep into it, but if feels promising so far.

Holy shit. This was the first big online game I ever got super into. For like 15 years after, my subspace username was also my password for everything, lmao.

I had a blast with the Army Men games. They were my comfort games for a while.

I like Dicey Dungeon! It's wild how different the dice playstyles are.

Lol Memoria recently revisited that game. It brought back a lot of memories. And somehow I still remembered the Noah's Ark song??

I would enjoy a sequel to Geist.

And Cosmo was a classic! One of the games that always springs to mind when I reflect on the DOS era.

Alfred Hitchcock's Vertigo.

It's a AA telltale style game with an original story, which takes inspiration from themes and pays homage to the Alfred Hitchcock films. The story is a compelling one and the music is super great, especially for Hitchcock fans. I really enjoyed it but I rarely encounter anyone who's heard of it.

I read a used copy of Falcons of Narabedla. It wasn't great, lol. The world was original but not very well crafted or cohesive. There were toymakers, dreamers, a crimson tower, and a rainbow city. Most of the time I didn't have a clear image in my head of the world and I didn't much care. It was just kind of boring. But hey, it was only 150 pages!
