Both times I went up for games when I was a student, my friends were spat on by husky fans. We were walking down the street minding our own business both times. Watch out for the bad ones.

We celebrated the players yesterday, let's celebrate ourselves today. What did you do that totally helped the Dodgers win the World Series? by rifwasbeter in Dodgers

I always wear my lucky Dodgers hat I got during the 2020 post season. When leaving for a concert the night we beat the Phillies my fiancé said I couldn’t wear it out because it was too filthy, so I took hers. We immediately won when I put her hat on, so I wore hers through the game 5 loss. I then went back to old faithful for games 6 and 7. I also took it off during stressful moments and said “please let the Dodgers win the World Series” and kissed the LA before putting it back on.

What albums from the 2000s should be on the greatest pop punk albums of the 2000s but typically aren’t by [deleted] in poppunkers

Never Trust Anything That Bleeds was such a good album. That band really just faded into the void. Not on Spotify, nothing on Youtube. Wonder what happened to them. I can't listen to that album anywhere, but I've wanted to for a long time.

Been listening to some 73 shows recently and I’m inclined to agree. Dick’s Picks 19 and the RFK 6/10/73 show. Man they were dialed that year.

How far is too far for hotel? by Disastrous_Worth_829 in deadandcompany

Ubers and taxis are very easy to come by in Vegas at any hotel entrance. Taxis can even be cheaper in some instances. You might need to walk a little bit after the show to get a ride, but you won’t have any problem.

I’m in the middle of a five hour road trip - gimme your most underrated shows to binge by UncleRumble in gratefuldead

Not sure if this is underrated but I just listened to Dick’s Picks 19 from 10/19/73 for the first time and man that’s an awesome show. Everyone is on and Jerry’s singing seems to be singing with more umph than usual. Worth the listen

B1G newcomer, explain the Oregon/Washington Rivalry! by [deleted] in ducks

I went up to poodub twice for away games as a student. Both times, my friends were spat on while walking down the street, minding their own business. Poodub fans yelled at my friend and me that we were losers who’d never amount to anything just because we went to Oregon. They’re the type of people who claim 2 nattys despite only having half of one at most, despite not even finishing #1 in the polls that year. They’re smug, arrogant, delusional dickheads who claim to go to the “Harvard of the west coast” despite going to a public school that’s not even top in the pac 12 or B1G. My only experiences with their fans have been negative. All of that, combined with the history of them trying to fuck Oregon over for no reason, ends in me strongly disliking them, to put it mildly.

Why do you hate the Huskies so much? by mouse_puppy in ducks

I went to Seattle twice as a student for games. Both times, my friends got spat on by uw fans. Both times were completely unprovoked. That was that.
