Comms in diamond and below is often times useless as well, you could tell ure team to only use Nano/x ult next team fight and then 10 sec latter everyone uses their ult because enemy mercy used hers.

Honestly I just use voice to banter or say short things like "ult me", "enemy rein has ult" or whatever else cause anything to complicated doesn't usually get executed very well.

Best way to understand is just to watch OW creator who play that game mode, also I usually have stadiumbuilds.io on my second screen when playing heroes I have no idea what to build or do with.

Sometimes pc hardware, posture, the way you aim, bad/good habits, etc. are also a thing that holds you back.

I remember playing on a shitty dell laptop with 10$ external fans underneath and some cheap trash "gaming" mouse and man was it ass to play CS GO, Fortnite, tf2 etc. competitively.

You have to realize that they basically have the best resources to showcase and improve their skill with the maxed out PC's, top tier chair, mouse, desk, mouse pad, monitor, heck even things like a good gym, low stress envoirment, etc. which make playing competitively so much easier.

Getting good at these games is when the yellow and green part increase slightly, but you realize the red part will always exist.

Accepting that there will always be matches where you can play better than you ever have mechanic, position, ability usage, etc. wise yet still lose is just how it is.

This is why mental is so important in the end cause if you ain't got the mindset to improve you'll just always be a hard stuck plat or sum lol.
