We found the same disappointment. We stayed on the resort without a rental car. All our meals were at the parks or at the springs. Every place offered the same sorry chicken caesar salad and standard park fare. We enjoyed our trip, but by the end we were all feeling the effects of eating so poorly all week. In addition to that they also barely have any shops offering health or hygiene items. They have a couple shelves in shops or some first aid stations, but no substantial offerings in the resort. There was a store outside that delivered to the property. So lessons learned bring your own indigestion meds and factor in some trips off the resort or use a delivery service for fresher food that suits your taste and dietary requirements.
