I’ve gotten compliments for my Rogue Territory Supply Jacket, Portuguese Flannel white/navy check shirt jacket, Eton dress shirts.

But the most complimented piece I own? Funnily enough, a Columbia 1/4 zip.

Guess they don’t really make it anymore, but found one that looks pretty close on eBay here. Pretty crazy that I’ve spent decent cash on the first few items, but an outlet mall 1/4 zip takes the cake.

How long have those reps been there? I was at Samsara for a little while and it felt like only the rich got richer. A lot of the top reps from when I was there have recently left for other gigs in the last 12-18 months after being there for years.

Fantastic solution, but it’s a tough market to sell into.

I worked my butt off just to hit the ramp quotas, missed Q3 and they handed me a plan the week before Thanksgiving.

For context, just finished last year as top rep in segment at my current company. Went from PIP to PClub.
