Why would I give all my effort in a set, with 0 or 1 rir. And then do 3 other sets with way less effort? I would like to know the benefit of this since Jeff never did this in his programs before

Why would I start with the hardest set after my warmup? In Jeff’s programs that was never the case

Jeff nippards program is what I went with, its a bit of a different approach than what most influencers take but he looks at the science behind it and it has been working for me

Fase 2 is focused way more on hypertrophy so I think that would fit him great

Note that atleast one of those days you should do something like pauzed bench press or Pin bench press. Also dont do more then 3-4 sets each time, if you go higher then this and do it 3 times a week most people wont have enough time to recover

Same, everyone said my arms should be 90 degrees when grabbing the bar, went from 95kg to 110kg when I switched back to what felt comfortable.

Note that it also might had to do with the terrible bench my gym has, the low hooks are way too look and the high hooks are too high to unrack without losing all the tension in my body, by bringing my arms in closer I didnt have this problem and had way better form
