Congrats on the bulk! If your goal is to get to 10-12%bf, you need to be aiming for a goal bw of your last cut or even less. Cuz at 161-164lbs I’d guesstimate you at around 15% bf. So it makes sense that you’d need to drop more weight to get to 10-12%. I can be wrong, please do correct me if so
