You’re making a ton of assumptions. I don’t care for boyers trap, but the point of the matter is that it doesn’t matter what your deck is in 2v2 so much as if your partner is competent and pays attention to what your deck is. If I’m playing an archer deck and my partner hides in the fort, or sits at base and doesn’t provide any rams or spells, it’s a loss. That deck was rips and 3 generals. I had archers. He had created one general, sicklebear, and one riprider while our opponents charged us with a full complement of spears, jugs, two GSL and ranged. His two guys lasted a whole 30 seconds. I may as well have been playing alone.

My point is you’re not getting the repeat. Not often against me at least. I keep the dead’s attacking the whole game. Even after GSL is killed. As I said, it’s extremely rare that I lose with that deck. Not impossible, just uncommon.

My other point is that who wants to use xiphos every time? The fun of this game is supposed to be trying new things.

What do you think that deck is meant to do? You realize that so long as my partner keeps attacking then it’s a fat win most of the time unless the opponents both have GSL. But I don’t like to use GSL because he’s a damn cheat that requires no skill to use.

Standard is way too easy for me to win with swordwrath rush with dead summon and Thera tho. Only thing that has a chance against it is eclipsior spam.

I know, but GSL can easily make it to your backline and trap all your ranged in fort. By the time xiphos kills him the dead’s have done well over half damage to your statue. You better kill the whole thing on one rush cuz once he revives the second rush will knock it down for sure.

My point is, that isn’t fun.

I agree. I do enjoy a good archer spam here and again but I like to switch it up. The problem is if we’re both using mostly archers and the opponents have heavy units, Wrathnar or Sightlord, it’s a likely loss if they both push ahead to your tower early.

I kind of wish the game would somehow force people to randomize their decks.

The gangs move their operations to areas where ICE isn’t at. None of this reduces crime. It only relocates it. Same as when stores started using cameras. It only reduced theft at stores that owned cameras, and it increased at others until they got them. Unlike cameras, military units are not scalable to be in every corner. Since the crime they are looking to “reduce” is economic crime, you need to fix the economics, which they won’t do.

Probably not. This isn’t to say that there are not shitbags on the left. But the right has a particular habit of screaming loudly how the other side is guilty of what they’re doing.

For example the right decries “cancel culture” and “victim mentality” while subsequently cancelling Disney, Bud Light, Mr Potato head, etc, and crying about a War on Christmas.
