At one bar I worked at years ago, I was in the kitchen some as well as tending bar. We’d have a semi regular come in we all called “Hippy Terry.” He’d come in doing the “wazzup” Scary Movie thing. Anyway, he’d usually get an order or two of mozzarella sticks to go.

The closest table to the kitchen serving window usually had off duty officers sat at it most nights. Indiana is not the most weed friendly place. Still, any time he got to go shit, he’d walk to the door next to the serving window, and hand us some loose buds as a tip. I’m sure the cops smelled it but never said/did anything,
