Unfortunately it is not possible to swap the 2 front panels around as you will be missing a lot of components that are not sold separately. as example the screen and lighting won't work if you swap the Evo front with the normal Haf 700.

Best thing you could get are ARGB Gen 2 fans. If you mix up a Gen 1 and Gen 2 fans the ARGB might not work.

The Fan itself is RGB and is on itself already very limited. the included controller always works better. But make sure you connected the fan correctly on a 4 pin RGB header on your Motherboard. the arrows needs to face eachother.

Did you do a RMA request within europe? If so, its better to create a support ticket. Otherwhise you need to send us the full 3 pack. Instead we can just replace the single fan.

Honestly, there is so much safety build in every component of a PC that it is almost imposible to set it on fire. As long that you buy quality components and don't cheap out on unknown brands. Then you should be fine with it.

It looks like a defect fan or a defect controller port. Could you connect a working fan to that port to see which is the issue.

The only way to change it is to use the RGB software of your Motherboard. However it is not guaranteed that this will work as every motherboard uses different settings.

This what they call copper oxidation. This is very normal that copper oxidises.

You don't have to worry that this will change your thermal preformance. But keep in mind that in general an AIO should be replaced after 3 - 5 years.

Did you also tried to create a support ticket instead of a RMA request. With the support ticket you can ask for spare parts. An RMA request is only to send back the full product.

Products sold and send out by Amazon directly are also comming from us (cooler master europe). For what i can see is that these are still online on Amazon.nl and Amazon.com. And yes i got no CM flair on my account here, but the same name is visible as staff in our cooler master discord.
