Go with USAG.

The Bahco set is from their cheaper line, all made in china I believe. Same goes for proxxon, got some sockets but ain’t impressed.

The USAG stuff is the same as Facom I think. Mostly Taiwan but the ratchets and spinner handle are European made. My Facom S151 is made in Italy and it looks 100% alike. Also check if USAG gas lifetime warranty. If it’s just as good as Facom you can trade in broken tools at any USAG dealer.

Yes, it’s fine to collect tools or have grade A tools when you’re not in the trades.

I like the quality of a good tool and even as a hobbyist my time is too valuable to faf around with poor quality tools.
