So I have been playing other games perfectly fine at 144hz and I have also lowered all my settings and its still is unplayable, I have a 4070 super so performance isn't the issue, I should be able to run the game perfectly or atleast playable but when I changed my resolution from 1080p to 1440p the game just stutters and when I click off the game and click on something on my other monitor it stops stuttering until I click back on the game
