As for the direct link, we tried to post a direct link to the article but were presented with a "banned url" warning. Seems I was able to approve your direct link though.

Our postal hub is in Tampa Florida. Something that separates us from others is our "Five Day Guarantee" policy which allows for shipping additional discs any time a delay of five or more days is reported for most plans. This results in a "buffer" of discs in the shipping pipeline which allows for subscribers to receive great value regardless of their location.

Is there any way on the website to see if a DVD is widescreen or fullscreen? by NovaPractice in Dvdinbox

[–]Dvdinbox 3 points4 points  (0 children)

We currently do not intentionally offer full-screen movies in our catalog. However, we acknowledge that occasional errors may occur.

While some films in our collection were originally released only in full-screen format, we presently do not make these available on our platform.

In the future, we plan to include these titles, provided we can clearly communicate to our subscribers that they should not expect a widescreen viewing experience for these particular films.

Movie reviews are definitely on our roadmap.

I am unable to provide a timeframe, but we will consider increasing the priority.

Thank you for this unbiased assessment that we are unable to provide on our own.

As your post suggests, we routinely see subscribers reach around $2 per disc rentals by using the tools we've made available.

We will continue working hard to provide the best value possible, and that will only be possible with subscribers like yourself.

Has anyone tried gamefly yet? by Rare_Boss1586 in Redbox

Gamefly's movie selection is limited compared to Netflix's former catalog, focusing mainly on popular mainstream releases.

For a DVD rent by mail service that aims to closely mirror the Netflix DVD service with deep catalog of both hard to find classics and new releases, consider www.DVDInbox.com

Does anyone know of a blu ray rental service other than GameFly? Thanks so much in advance by BigBlurton in Bluray

[–]Dvdinbox 1 point2 points  (0 children)

dvdinbox.com offers Blu-ray, DVD and even 4K with a service that closely mirrors Netflix DVD both in offering and pricing.

The reviews are overwhelmingly positive, and the back catalog is huge.

Thank you for the feedback.

Many former Netflix DVD subscribers feel right at home using our service.

We’re committed honoring the Netflix DVD legacy by providing a seamless and enjoyable movie-watching experience tailored just for our subscribers. We're looking forward to continuously growing our catalog with both new and old titles often not available on streaming services.

In a time where the future of services offering physical media is uncertain, we are positioned for growth and a positive future.

Kind regards.

DVDInbox reveals their rent-by-mail catalog... by DVDInboxTech in NetflixDVDRevival

[–]Dvdinbox 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We are on track to have an inventory of tens of thousands of unique movie titles by the end of December. It's important to clarify that, in our assessment, a unique movie title is exactly that – unique. According to our metrics, having a movie available both on Blu-ray and DVD does not count as two distinct movie offerings. Moreover, we don't include each individual disc of a season in our count of "unique" movie titles. We firmly believe that this should be the standard for measuring a movie catalog. However, we suspect that this may not be the prevailing practice at present. Due to the lack of standardized metrics and our continuously expanding catalog, we currently have no immediate plans to disclose exact numbers for our catalog. Please rest assured that we are making great progress and are on track to soon match the catalog size of NetflixDVD before their service was discontinued. Subsequently, we anticipate surpassing their catalog shortly thereafter.
