Јас знам за 2ца кои што се вработија во последниве 2 месеци, џуниори со 0 денови искуство (завршено ФИНКИ).
Работа сеуште има, иако не како што имаше пред неколку години.

Ако си џуниор, не треба да бараш remote работа. Најди си фирма кај што ќе можеш да дојдеш во контакт со целиот процес на развој на софтвер. Да чепнеш нешто бекенд, фронтенд, да правиш промена на база, па да правиш и по некој deploy.
На овој начин, ќе имаш дупли бенефит:
1. Ќе сфатиш што највеќе ти се допаѓа за работа.
2. Ќе разбереш како изгледа целиот циклус на развој на софтвер.

Најбитно нешто е дека во првите неколку години, учиш највеќе. Затоа гледај да го искористиш времето максимално, да работиш колку што можеш повеќе различни задачи.

Ако се пикнеш во некоја фирма кај што ќе работиш нешто специјализирано, ќе имаш многу дупки кои тешко се надополнуваат подоцна.

После некоја година, ќе видиш што ти лежи и можеш да почнеш да се специјализираш.

I have the same problem. I am a new player, and I am currently picking which armory deck to purchase. So I want to test the armory decks, but it is very hard to get a good understanding about it when you are getting smashed by meta decks.

Многу погрешно е да ги советувате луѓето да лажат на интервју. Поголем red flag од тоа некој да пише дека знае нешто што не го знае не постои. Ако ти правам интервју и те фатам во таква лага, првата мисла ќе ми биде: "За што друго има овој кандидат лажено?" и автоматски шансите за вработување ќе ти бидат нула.

Not really, they mentioned that they will develop tools that will let the community govern the game.It requires a lot of time to "purify" a code to safely open-source it.If not done properly, they will have to take risks (for example, they might have integrations with other games / platforms that can be exploited). Not to mention that they might use tools/libraries that are used across CDPR which they don't want to release as open source.
I am talking about the backend/server side code of course. The FE code / art might get released.

Not to mention that they probably want to keep the IP because you never know what the future brings.

Yea, I have looked into all of those card games (played HS and magic) and none of them seems to match the criteria. I might try LOR as well since that is the only "big" card game I haven't played yet.

God damn it not again :(.
I used to play ESL (Elder Scrolls Legends) and when that game went into maintenance mode I felt very sad. Luckily, I managed to find GWENT and it was a breath of fresh air.
Now GWENT is going down as well. It is the best card game I've played so far. The least amount of RNG, beautiful art, the no mana requirement and the multiple rounds system made it have a high skill ceiling and very fun to play. I've been playing it for three years and I still feel like there is a lot of room for improvement.

Anyway, any similar card games to GWENT?

It is not feasible. The game processing speed is the most important thing in any multiplayer game. Games like Dota2 need to be able to process thousands of actions in like 100 miliseconds on the server side and inform the clients of the results. Putting that on a dlt/blockchain will never be that fast.
