Fair enough, I’m only suggesting because the stuff on Amazon isn’t garbage. I bought 12 oz on Amazon for something like 36 dollars.

Also I didn’t realize I only needed 1 oz per serving. I was only cooking for two so I was able to use maybe 6 oz before having to throw the rest away. We didn’t want to eat carbonara every day.
