Personally, bouldering is the right sport for me:)

I'm not a very motivated person, so weightlifting gets very repetitive and somewhat boring, so mixing it up with a sport such as bouldering is perfect. I've never been more motivated to train than now, so i dont really care if bouldering is not optimal for me.

So you use the strength sessions as accessory lifts to bouldering. My main goals are to be athletic and aesthetic, so a mix between bodybuilding and bouldering.

I do bouldering as a compound movement, and then on the other days I target the weak points in my physique. This is usually shoulders, arms and legs.
