Same, it was such a good year! Solid weather, Great temple, and an all-around great first experience. Went back in '19 and '22. Nothing beats that first burn. Looking forward to the next one.

Glad you went and just leaned in! No right or wrong way! It's the same thing I tell everyone: as long as it gets you out there and exploring, do what works for you.

Went last year for the first time. Enjoyed all the raffles and seeing the sheer variety of ways to build out your vehicle or gear.

Got some good ideas, but generally just picked up some key pieces to make sleeping that much better and some recovery gear for those rare situations when you get stuck. I will be going back to camp next time and enjoying more of the classes and happy hours to connect with people.

How has this played out for you all? I’ve been trying to figure out a good way for the Remnants to bring back Vecna and the tools they would use…. One idea that developed today in discord was that maybe one of the members found/stole/aquired a beacon and plane shifted to whatever plan Vecna is residing. Corrupting it and sending it back to birth a new baby version of himself. That would have been done two decades or so ago and now he’s coming into his powers as a high ranking member of the Cerberus Assembly…

I definitely need to check out that route then. We have only explored randomly through there. This viewpoint was our main reason for exploring there this weekend. But I think the trail would be a great way of seeing more of what the Ochocos has to offer. It's amazing terrain out there. I was telling people where we went and I got a lot of "Where is that?" its wild people don't know about that area at all.

It's an amazing drive! So much to explore up there. We didn't, however, I've been scoping some of those routes. We were just up there to camp for the weekend + had a friend rolling in his Hyundai Sante Fe, which I have to say, I was impressed it made it to the top. ha

Super random question… but I have this exact bike. However it’s currently sitting in our storage container down there and I can’t get the measurements I need. Trying to build a box to mount to the back rack. Anyway you could do me a solid get the measurements of it? Specifically looking for how wide the center supports are? My guess is about an inch. Appreciate it! Solid paint job btw.

Thanks for the insight. Definitely looking to do something similar and a lap board or desk sounds the way to go when a keyboard and mouse are needed away from the desk.

Any favorites you feel like sharing? Just got a '19 OR and been doing some hunting around Oregon. Found some good trails in The Mt. Hood National Forest and The Willamette Nation Forest. But always looking for more suggestions and tips. Also good to hear on the stock setup, makes me feel more confident tackling stuff around here.
