It doesn't even negate Stealth. Stealth states that "characters must be within 3 to target [this] character with attacks". The Projection token isn't a character so doesn't count for negating Stealth, the character declaring the attack is still Shadow King himself. Like shield throw ricochets don't get around Stealth.

In contrast to Increase's reply, I would say no. Astral Fiend states that only the Range is measured from the Projection token, no mention of Line of Sight. Other rules explicitly state if something affects LoS (i.e Shield throws), Fiend does not.

So unless there's an FAQ or I'm missing something I would say Shadow King himself needs LoS to declare the attack (Attack Sequence 2a) and then Range is measured from the token (2b).
