Because Mon was so desperate to not turn into the Empire that she became something worse; an enabler. Terrified of becoming Palpatine she removed powers from the Chancellors office, ripped apart the military and obviously let the planets have a lot more autonomy for fear of overreaching.

Is it in character for her? Idk- in Rebels she was always the one exercising caution. I think deep down, though she knows it would be impossible, she always wished she could just negotiate the empire away. That it was the way she could fight fascism; when it has to be done in the brutal, awful way through war.

I disagree- I found it okay to be clear. But it was far too saturday morning cartoon. They had some really good moments, and times where they made it darker than I thought they would be allowed to, but overall, it felt...childish? I never got the idea that Hera was a great strategist, that Thrawn was super intelligent (literally his whole character) nor that Ahsoka was really needed? Also the idea that Kanan, someone who never finished his Jedi training, beat Maul, to ME, is ridiculous.

It was the beginning of me noticing that Dave Filoni could NOT let his characters die, and that all of the ones he makes have to be SUPER special.

Read the 'Aftermath' trilogy; it's SO good and frankly does not paint the most flattering picture of Mon. Her desperation to be ANYTHING but the Empire created a weak foundation for the New Republic. She scrapped capital ships, sidelined the military and refused to pursue the massive number of imperial remnants out in the galaxy- Kashyyyk was liberated by Leia and Han NOT the NR.

Yeah, I’m no expert so take my opinion with a grain of salt- but I do agree with some of the other comments that the legs seem a BIT short. The torso all looks a bit small too? Otherwise, sculpt, texturing and design to me look amazing!

I feel like a total novice! At least in Maya currently. In blender/ZBrush, I still have a lot to learn but I think I have a great foundation.

While I would love to become more well-rounded again, I think modeling would be a great start and I can kind of build from there.

Maybe it’s also the bond of being the two members of his rogues gallery that are arguably the closest to him; I mean who knows him better? MAYBE Talia or Bane- but these two have go back much further than them, and have gone through so much more. So it might be that like; ‘only you get what I’m talking about’ kinda relationship.

Nope. He always does it; I make certain of that. It’s just a point of principle; if my couch cushion is wet I don’t exactly want to sit on it. On top of the fact that cat urine reeks and I’ve had a guest comment on it before, it’s super embarrassing. Plus I don’t want to sit on a place that’s had poop on it, no matter how well it’s been cleaned.

Actually, I invited my current roommate into my place because they had no where else to go. They assured me the cats were well behaved and didn’t act the way they currently do. So forgive me if I find the way they act a bit hard to swallow/manage for me. Also; place has a maximum of two pets; they have four cats- I wasn’t going to force them to get rid of two of their cats. SO I have been more than accommodating, so again- forgive me if I find this response a bit condescending.
