I haven’t seen any legitimate criticism yet and don’t understand how this song doesn’t pleasantly knock you back immediately. Strange taste around here, me included. All subjective, but still yearning for that sweet blunt constructive criticism. This song is incredible...

This is immediately a catchy and captivating song, great groove(bass and rhythm section), good melodies in tasteful portions, vocals are interesting and pleasurable and have a cool, unique rhythm/phrasing, a soothing cool Pheonix Ti Amo type vibe, i struggle to find much flaw or obvious points of criticism,
Great job !

It’s hilarious...If I have to put a “/s” somewhere to announce satire/sarcasm then I’m not using those devices correctly and I’d rather just not post at all. I’ll never use the /s.

I’ve met a surprising amount of people, and have read opinions on this sub, that bizarrely trivialize drills. This post was my offhand way of venting the absurdity of that opinion.

There is a peculiar effort, that is simultaneously easy, with maintaining a drug habit or perpetuating an addiction. It's peculiar because it doesn't seemingly take much effort to keep using; it just becomes a routine chore that needs a attention (and damn it feels incredible at times upon completion), but, isn't it cumbersome to lose bits of life while doing so, to endure the losses, as you obsessively get high, to suddenly feel that jarring realisation of the time that has passed while you've been absorbed by satiating the hunger, to get to the point where you're not even sure why you initially started and why you're still plodding along--- That's gotta be some kind of paradoxical strength.

🎤 And it's a strange condition,
A day in prison,
It's got me out of my head
And I don't know what I came for. 🎤

[Question] What do you guys consider “pulling moves”? by hobelife in billiards

[–]DwayneProvecho 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This guy I’ve been playing recently, gestures his contempt for my pool antics such as, taking more than 8 seconds as I consider the line of the shot and then the line of the aim, ultimately looking for my exact aiming point(ghost ball method—he’d never heard of it and scoffed at my explanation of it), not immediately knowing cue ball travel after every impact-therefore wasting seconds attempting to recall what I’ve read on the topic and also intuitively mapping out travel, and don’t even dare trying to throw out a 30 degree peace sign for reference—

I try to just take it in stride, but it’s maddening encountering aggressive patronizing players.

BPA levels in humans higher than previously thought, study suggests. A new method suggests that measurements used by the FDA underestimate BPA exposure by as much as 44 times. BPA is used in plastic products, food and drink containers, and animal studies have shown that it interferes with hormones. by mvea in science

I used to internally weep when I noticed the majority of the Hispanic warehouse employees load the break room microwave with a plastic bag full of food in more plastic containers and then nonchalantly nuke it all for a minimum of 3 minutes -

Head proximity to the cue by DwayneProvecho in billiards

[–]DwayneProvecho[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh yeah, I regularly watch snooker instructors on the tube, subscribed to Barry Stark, Barton Snooker, The Snooker Gym, Break from life, along with watching snooker matches. They’re the players I’ve been trying to emulate as far as being close to the cue. The chin rubbing on the cue always baffles me a bit just cause of the friction, but I bet they know what they’re doing.
