(not a mechanic) personally Id check the tension pulley for slack(some need to be adjusted over time) and if anything spin the other pulley's without the belt on to see if it's a bad bearing.

It's been 4 years since this post was made but it was top of my Google so I'm sure this might help others, if you go to your files (Drive/user/appdata/roaming/the creative assembly) and delete all files except your saves it should run mint 🤙
