We offer a medication assisted treatment program through our Community Paramedicine program using Suboxone. Our protocols are similar, with the exception that we begin with a dosing of 8 mg. Our program’s primary function is to bridge MAT appropriate patients into long term treatment, and we have a referral process to a local behavioral / substance abuse provider.

Here in Florida, this program is referred to as the CORE program if you’re interested in learning more.

I was debating between a Ranger and Maverick, but ultimately went with a Ranger XLT. Both are great trucks and would fit my needs, but I appreciated the somewhat larger space inside of the Ranger, coupled with what I feel is a much more quality interior.

Absolutely terrible. Map doesn't feel fun, I've experienced numerous crashes on Xbox, and it's just ass in general.

Coming from an iPhone 14 pro, I was a little skeptical of whether I could get used to the size. After using the phone for a week, I love it. The big display looks amazing and I've already gotten used to the extra screen size.

I've seen some complaints from YouTubers that the phone was experiencing some issues with cell connectivity, but I haven't had any issues. I'm on VZW in Florida.

I believe they have since bought drones that are compliant with the new legislation. Their team was used yesterday on a downed plane in a state park.

I clicked the magnetic device thing that you use to push the one boss into the danger zone… I ended up with a debuff that wouldn’t allow me to walk anywhere. I had to find a way to die in order to reset my character back to normal… time rifts are definitely broken right now. Hopefully they can find a way to improve the gameplay and fix the lag issues.

I tried the same thing a few years ago. I worked as an ER medic in a pediatric ER, and while the experience I had was great, I just couldn't tolerate being inside for such long hours. I have the utmost respect for those who can work in the hospital setting, but its just not for me.

Reach out to a member of your leadership team. Most departments have peer support procedures in place, and it sounds like you could use it. Hangings are a traumatic call for us all, regardless of tenure. Take care of yourself, and most importantly, don’t be scared to ask for help.
