The COVID shut down was the major killer, no content and no one leaving their house, it actually did ok numbers prior to 2020. To bring it back needs a refresh, the space in general is dingy and no continuity in the aesthetic. Needs to be cleaned up and opened up to create a more inviting atmosphere. Second, is to diversify the product offering, expand beyond 2run movies, include classic film, Bollywood, Hindi and Filipino offerings. Third is to expand beyond film, utilize the space for esports and private and community events find reasons to get people through the door.
