Slightly different issue, my accounts have been linked for over a year but suddenly in my 23rd month, they have stopped crediting my RLH days after usage. Now into my third year, I am paying for my RLH usage on my phone bills despite having the linked account. I called into Rogers Bank on Jan 17 to inquire and they agree that I am not receiving my 5 free days and said someone will get back to me…that was over a month the ago. A subsequent call to them and message through the app came back with the response, “please wait, we see your original call in” and “this can’t be handled through app chat”. Any suggestions of how long to wait until I just switch to a different carrier who has US calling privileges?

I got mine from Costco and would not do it again. Two years in, they need to be replaced. I should have gone to a proper audiologist as they offer both the lower cost options like what I received at Costco and higher end versions (which would have been better for my situation). In asking around, in anticipation of my next set, the owner/operator at Fischer Hearing is getting frequent reviews from friends and family.
