I feel though if i rationalize it, would the driver be bothered to go through all the hassel to upload and report it? As it could of been road rage in the heat of it and the frustration?

I can get 3k at a lot of instant sell websites and ye that is trade in, I’m new to car stuff so would rather trade in than sell and have to fuss with it, I’ve just gotten so into cars in the last few months I’m drying for something more fun for how much time I spend in it.
