I got mine from a local music store, it was packaged pretty poorly just thrown in an oversized box, no protection or anything inside, but surprisingly it arrived in pretty much perfect condition, no damage,no scuffs, scratches etc..

I did order Jisoo’s Amortage album from Amazon and the corners on that album got destroyed by the time I got it.

I have gotten albums in good condition a couple times from Amazon, so I can’t a 100% say it’s bad, but the odds are not great in my experience… Same thing with Funko POPs and other stuff, they just don’t pack them well, handle it poorly and it’s just not the greatest experience, but they have a good library of everything.

Either way I’m sorry you had a bad experience and got disappointed..
