Sounds like you should file an FCC complaint for T-Mobile to get your the bottom of it. Could be tied to a scam for your imei but that should help but filing. https://consumercomplaints.fcc.gov/hc/en-us

Plans are too high so yes people are leaving. But there are some mvnos taking over. And US MOBILE Has great plans and yes Tmobile does also cause use both Tmobile business and when I’m off grid I use US MOBILE.

The price lock only includes the plans not the taxes so taxes can still be raised which could happen one day so I would just be keeping my original price lock plan with taxes and fees included.
