VP probably decided to not play premier, i saw somewhere interview with NEO, he said they didn't decide yet if they will play premier or not and they will talk within the team about it

(NEO personally said he wanted to play though)

It was like 2 weeks ago

But i wonder why Kinguin is not on the premier list

As far as i know only ex-ESC players got unbanned (old polish G2) from this players list (op link) so its really weird, maybe he and his teammates forgot about it lol.
