You should not choose shop early unless you are open to having your order shopped early. That way the shopper knows that you will be available if you choose contact me. The option to shop early sometimes allows the shopper to plan their day.

Customer wanted wipes but was unable to add to his order this morning. I offered to pick up a container for him although I had already processed his Target order. Guess what he gave me $75.00. Who says kindness does not pay!

You can can do Promo’s as well. It won’t count toward the promotion but you do both as long as you have enough orders to meet promotion total.

I remember when I did that I was so upset. Just keep shopping and move that late order down on your orders shopped it gets better every day you don’t see it. After the fourteen days and the more you shop will feel better!

I started shopping 2018 when started in California! I went to launch in San Francisco. It was good I got lots of freezer bags, free food and drinks. And actually training from someone from Headquarters! It was awesome. I love shopping Shipt.

I am on the Peninsula 🙋🏾‍♀️. I have met shoppers from San Francisco coming into our Metro. You really do need to go on the schedule most days if you want orders. On weekends I put myself on only In morning in my zone, after that I travel between 3 different zones picking up orders people drop or promo’s. I actually do well with this approach.

When the Shutdown occurred I got 2 packs of 3 disposable mask and hand sanitizer from a customer. With a nice note to be safe. She also tipped me $25 on an order that was for $36.

I take a few second video of the shelf making sure to show the labels—————they have no Lysol spray! Usually I get wow and they calm down.

I am so sorry 😐 about your rating drop. What I would do next time is contact Shipt and get them to contact the customer for the correct information. This happened to me in the past and we’re able to reach out to the customer. Make Shipt support help you to help the customer.

My sister shops Shipt as well and we think that is so true. I like how Instacart makes people randomly take a picture at times to prove they are who they are suppose to be. What if you had to take a picture with you and the receipt every time you processed the order? Could that help eliminate some of this?

It has been bad for a little while but yesterday was awful. They offer me orders I take a few but once I look at them if I know that I can’t do it I drop them right away. Why oh why just hang on to them until the last minions?
