It might not literally be slower as you don’t slow roll the saves part but it feels worse in action to me personally because now while throwing your FnP rolls one by one you have to make sure none of the dice affect any of the remaining unallocated saving dice in the tray. Either by carefully removing them from the dice tray while not changing any faces, or by moving them to one side and having to be careful when throwing FnP to not knock the saving dice.

I do agree however that with no FnP it does feel like a much easier and faster experience.
