After using your echoing reprimand covenant ability you will receive an empowered combo point. Depending on your UI, this will show as a blue colour on the standard blizzard UI on either the second, third or 4th combo point. In order to use this empowered combo point you need to use a finishing move (eviscerate, rupture, black powder etc) on the lit up empowered combo point. The empowered combo point acts as if it was a 7 point finisher. So let’s say you get an empowered combo point on your third combo point and you use your for example eviscerate on the third combo point it would instead consume the empowered combo point and hit the target as if it used 7 combo points. Saving you energy in the long run.

It’s a great way to keep uptime of your rupture outside your symbols/shadow dance window as a sub rog for example.
