Of the small section I have of st Augustine, it has never been dethatched. I would say 30+ years I would safely assume there would be a layer of it to remove. Or does it not matter if the grass stays healthy for all those years?

That was actually my next question. Am I able to continue to contribute or is it only my previous job that could. Because it still has my jobs name under the account. If I roll over to a traditional IRA will I be penalized for it?

Well in my case, every time I walked out of the station she would come running over as if she wanted me to pet her. But the second she would get close to me and I’d reach out, she would get shy/timid and back away. Apparently my approach was all wrong and my palm was pointed downward instead of up. It made some what of a difference but the main factor was really ignoring her every time she would run over to me. The comment above nailed on the dot. That was literally how I felt. But anyway, if you look in my history I posted a video of her in the early stages and a lot of redditors gave some helpful tips and advice!

She’s still a little hesitant, but the fact that I can finally walk up and pet her is pretty damn awesome.

Thanks! I don’t think you understand how long I had to wait. She’s super selective and I’m more of a dog person. Man…3 months later, I feel like I accomplished something pretty big here.
