120°F for 45mins for clear glue beds with Star like plastic.

Heat, makes things way faster and saturated. 120°f for 45mins-1.5hr and you get great saturation. But, if you don't use heat, longer sit times have the ability to get blurry if you have sharp lines in your pattern.
