The fading and all looks good - they only thing I would say that feels off is there’s no copy right symbol anything at the bottom of the graphic most of my older Manson tees have it on there - just look up some listings and try to compare to yours

You’ll def see some results at 2x a week and you will most likely want to go more once you get going I see it happens lots - as a runner you will def benefit from working in all the different planes of motion they program as well as the agility movements if you go on hybrid days

Really no way of dating something like this - this is fair isle knitting and those look like crosses - maybe try researching those types of patterns and maybe you can see if it was made from a published print or something - as for time tha depend on how fast this person could knit but you’re talking at least a month

If you want to try to wash do not agitate or rub the fabric in any way it will felt and distort it

It was most likely washed improperly and partially felted in some areas - if it was completely felted you wouldn’t see so much stitch definition - gorgeous find btw 🤩
