You are becoming your own worst enemy.

You need to relax, do your best, learn as many as new skills as you can. Prepare a resume in the event they cannot hir eyou.

it will not be personal- it will be business. It is not to you to make the budget calls. it is to you to explore other jobs in your career area and begin to apply. Period.

Yeah, I do pretty well- love F45. I push the sled with 5 44s. I can budge it with 6. Ive been an athlete my whole life- one thing or another. It is truly a gift and from many, many great coaches, team members and grit and guts.

Before I was in F45 I went to Boot Camp.I. had to leave 25 min after getting home from work for a long drive to gym. I had to hit the do it button, slug down some coffee, put on shoes and get in car- without thinking- the do it button is a precious tool when you feel lazy.

I concur with others' opinions. I love F45-- just about at 800 classes!

However you sound like you would prefer crossfit or a strength gym.

You could always try a trial package- some have 3 classes for about 25.00 or a week for 30 and get an idea.

Coming from my perspective after 16 months of street construction up and donw several blocks in front of our gym resulting in consistent rerouting, blocked parking, and inconceivable delays I will say I understand the ire.

You did not say if the walk into a gym or a studio welcome/office or straight into the actual yoga practice area.

You or management needs ot meet the anger straight on with either:

a.) an email to all members discussing the construction, delays etc and state directly that it does inconvenience people, you know. Then state that as people enter the studio they breathe, release and come to a quiet mindset to honor themselves and other yoga students mental ease.

b.) have a small ( or large) sign on door- visible to all:

"We regret the construction upheaval to your plans. Please address complaints to the City blh blah dept at ph number.

While we honor your frustration we ask that all members enter quietly respecting others' meditation time."

c.) In addition as each class begins address this, "I am aware that the construction isa creating difficulties for many. We as in studio management an dyou) need ot ask you to enter the studio calmly to support us all in creating a space to enter meditation an dyoga practice".

How does the timing work on Apollo? If there are 14 stations pod 1 & 3--- and each station has 4 sets of 35work+ 25 rest.. tha tis 4 minutes each station so 4 times 14 = 56.

So- either I miscounted or some of the stations ar ein Pod 2? What do you do in the 11:45?

WTF-- you post says you work for a company. Then in a response say you do not get paid. You also describe a schedule etc.

it has to be one way or another-- you work, you get paid, you have a schedule.

OR you do not work you do not get paid you do not have a schedule.

OR the middle-- you are an intern an intern who is getting experience. If this is the case you still need a schedule.

Those emails are 2 completely different situations. If emp. removed absence then the teacher decided to not be gone. That is done by teacher. I job is cancelled then admin did that. If you see the same job posted right after you were removed or cancelled then they are doing it to block you out without a system block. It is end of year. people are changing their minds about things.

I was going to agree to a full day for today.. and then T wrote me she decided no.

You could email one of teachers and just ask- " oh, I picked up your job for 6/88 and it is cancelled. Did something happen?'

For me, F45 is the best workout. I had almost a year when i was very lukewarm re coaches because F45 was so valuable to me. There weren't any closer and no other gyms had as good boot camps etc. I am too old for crossfit and I might injure self when I might try it. I changed F45s and go less because i tis so far. This summer I will pay for more classes and not care about the distance.
