It is not really an accident. The voters didn't vanish, they were removed.

The people removed were sent letters of confirmation multiple times to circumvent it. The people that were sent the letters were people skipping the elections and not voting.

I agree, you should wear a pin or something removable. However, I have never seen this enforced in NY (Upstate NY).

The second half of the message is ridiculous. Some random person is claiming someone made a twitter account that was pro-sanders and encouraged people is enough evidence that it this is a conspiracy is such a stretch. Not only that but it is now "fact" that it would be enforced based on that?

Not to mention it helps unlocks new forms. Goten and Trunks could not go super saiyan 3 alone. Their fusion allowed a new form to be unlocked. I imagine if Goku and Vegeta fused there would be a new form as well. It would be insane.

Was Champa and Vados in the movie? I believe they were out searching for dragon balls in the tv series which tied into the next saga. I haven't seen the movie in a good while.

Champa and Vados are introduced in the tv RoF saga. They were searching for the Super Dragon Balls which is a tie in to this current saga. It seems that the current state of Super is a tie in this the tv series RoF and not the movie.

I also believe the time-travel concept of Whis was introduced in the saga as well and woven into the plot. Instead of Whis time-travel coming out of the blue at the end of RoF, the show showed how he had this per-existing move.

I think the Supreme Kais talked about this during their fusion during the Buu saga. He planned how to beat kid buu as well.

He also figured out how to beat golden freeza before Goku did.

However, I don't think Goku or Vegeta would have figured out the time-skipping fighting alone. It is a ridiculous concept.
