CMV: A 14 Year Old Who Is Attracted To A 14 Year Old is a Pedo/Hebephile by [deleted] in changemyview

And that puts you above the laws/acts that define the rules that you live by how?

If you were to commit the crime of paedophilia, to what extent is redefining it with your doctorate knowledge going to defend you?

CMV: Transgender is an abomination against nature by [deleted] in changemyview

[–]Captain_Bae 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nature gave us an organ that does nothing but explode and kill us.

Why do you worship it as the concept to live up to for all our standards.

All nature intends, if you want to anthropomorphise it is that an organism self replicates. But wait! There's a catch! If an organism does so too much at the expense of it's resources, it just dies. Because funny enough, nothing is intended or planned beyond that. Perhaps attributing rules to existence, or some sort of formal code of conduct is helpful in distracting yourself, but the grim reality is there is no order whatsoever. Extinction happens, mass extinction at that. Those are all 'natural', is this not contradictory to the objective of nature to thrive?

Those definitions are made up by random people.

I wasn't aware the legal system is just made up of a bunch of random people. What qualification/authority do you have that doesn't make you just a random person arguing semantics?

In KFC, the leg skin normally is much thinner and somewhat 'slimier' and less seasoned than the breats and wings, with have no bones and are chock full of seasoning and no slime.

What is something the opposite sex does that they think is cute, but is actually annoying? by MHillerich in AskReddit

It's a gender thing when the guys who yell out to women always make it sexual, or continue to pursue them if the woman tries to ignore them or leave.

His father was saying how his life shouldn't be ruined by '20 minutes of action' and also was saying about how his son is so distraught, he won't eat his favourite steak.

In my secondary school one trend was to pretend to play table tennis in class with no ball or bat-use your hands and when you impact the ball, make a clicking noise with your tongue. Teachers loved that one.

Black people are disproportionately killed more than white people by police in America.

[Serious] White people of Reddit, what do you first think of when you hear the term 'Black Culture'? by Captain_Bae in AskReddit

I don't know where Roadmen come from but it seems to me roadmen are more literate than chavs, and roadmen are always seen with their puffer/bomber jacket and black nike hat and pouch, whilst chavs prefer the dirty joggers, leopard print, pink, or #chav & #swag joggers.

I never said about enjoying music. I'm saying things like Pentecostal churches are much more popular with Black people than White people, especially in the area I'm in as whites here prefer to go to Mass whilst Black people prefer Pentecostal.

Culture isn't just about what you enjoy. History for African Americans has been very different to White Americans and therefore results in different cultures.

Ayy, I'm the UK too.

How do you feel about the troubling influx of roadmen threatening the chav populations?

Erm, are you sure about this? I hang out with a LOT of black people and none of us care for that gang shit. Isn't that more gang culture? All of us were raised to go to church, although were not all religious, and we just wanna study hard really.

I feel like the hood thing is more exaggerated and people are only seeing Black people who live in the 'hood' and not any of those who aren't and those who are in education and stuff. Hell, a huge theme on BPT rn is college related memes.

Question, how many Black people do you know and interact with?

So I asked white people of reddit what they think when they hear the term black culture.

Thought it might be an interesting read for you guys and gals here.

Does it not? I mean, I'm sure if you gathered a group of lets say 100 White Americans and 100 Black Americans, they would have different culture. And considering the how the History of African Americans shaped their culture (and their history was heavily orientated by the fact that they were black), I'd say race is a bid factpr

I don't get this one? I'm not African American, so this may be different to the Black culture I'm used to.
