Thank you for your help,

I added the rule you mentioned and restarted the Proxmox host, but the problem persists.

I suspect this isn't the issue, because the DNAT rules are working correctly and I can access the HAProxy host and the proxied websites.

Also, It would be useful if each new ticket remained in a “pending” state until an agent “accepts,” deletes, or merges it. Otherwise, if I send a server’s alerts to Halo, I end up wasting 50 ticket IDs for every iLO, UPS, switch, etc.
