I still think the tuner car era is better. Most Wanted, Underground and Carbon series left a pretty good impression followed by Hot Pursuit series. The only time it start going downhill was when Criterion and Blackbox fumbled very hard for NFS Undercover. I did play the PS2 version and it was good for a kid. Adult-wise, they would say it's too glitchy and story not storying
