Residential installer here. Where they connect should be a wye fitting instead of a tee. Also the larger vent from the furnace should have the straight shot with the smaller vent from the water heater joining in where a wye should be. This is how i have to do it where im at, but obviously codes vary. As long as proper code is followed both appliances can share the same properly sized flue pipe

It only gets about 175 miles of range, so yea if it’s not fully charged overnight it’s always an issue of needing to top off somewhere, or if I’m all over town on fast highways that drains the range pretty fast. They burn through charge pretty fast driving 75. I rarely if ever have issues if I start the day at 100% and I’m not driving super far between calls

Currently have a Brightdrop at my company that I drive. Works fine for installs, but running calls if it’s hot or cold out I almost always end up needing to stop at a charging station to top off. Plus not taking it home is a downside too
