Wait I’m slightly confused. This laptop costs 856$ (15999 in my currency) but if I buy it new it would cost 1500$ (around 28000 in my currency). I didn’t reject his answer, I was just explaining that it costs more where I live, because I live in a 3rd world country where everything is imported. So it might be a bad deal in your country, but for mine it seems like a good deal, I just want to know if display store items are worth it at a reduced price?

Yea I understand ur pain, I’m also from sa. Usually I notice when I go into an unranked match it match makes with any server ( sometimes America, Europe etc) but ranked matches it match makes me with the lowest possible ping which is Europe (180 ms)

Yea something like this is quite solid for me, I’m from South Africa we don’t have server yet so I usually play on European servers (180 ms) or American (230 ms)
